Raised in El Paso, Rachel has a deep connection to the city she proudly calls home. After spending several years away pursuing her education, building her career, and gaining valuable business experience, she and her husband ultimately felt called back to the community they know and love to raise their young daughters surrounded by family, culture, and the unique spirit that makes El Paso so special. Her firsthand experience of leaving and returning gives her a unique perspective on both relocating to El Paso and making the difficult decision to leave it behind for new opportunities.
Rachel began her real estate career in 2017 with Sandy Messer’s Austin branch, where she quickly learned how to navigate one of the country’s most competitive and fast-moving housing markets. That experience sharpened her ability to negotiate strategically, communicate effectively, and guide clients with confidence through every stage of a transaction. In 2019, she returned to El Paso to continue growing her real estate business and serving the community she has always cherished.
A graduate of Texas Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Rachel credits her education with shaping the way she connects with people and advocates for her clients. Her communications background strengthened her skills in relationship-building, problem-solving, and understanding the importance of clear, honest guidance throughout every transaction. Combined with her experience as co-owner of a specialty women’s boutique, Rachel developed a strong foundation in customer service, business operations, and creating personalized experiences tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Rachel has experience working with a wide variety of clients, including first-time home buyers, seasoned investors, growing families, sellers looking to right-size, clients relocating out of El Paso for new adventures, and buyers moving both locally and from out of town. She understands that every move represents an important life transition, and she is passionate about helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Known for her strong negotiation skills and client-first approach, Rachel is committed to advocating for her clients’ best interests—whether that means positioning a seller’s home to maximize value or helping a buyer craft a competitive offer in a challenging market. Above all, she believes in treating every client like family and delivering service rooted in the welcoming El Paso philosophy of “mi casa es su casa.”
